Release date: February 9, 2022

We're excited to share the details of our latest software update, version 3.1.17, which introduces enhancements, new features, and bug fixes. We've continued our mission to deliver a platform that offers the best possible experience for everyone.

Important Notice

We would like to draw your attention to a significant change: the decommissioning of our old worker portal. We've been steadily transitioning to the new worker view since December, and it's now time to fully say goodbye to the old platform.

This change affects all workers, so we recommend communicating this update to your teams. We, the Sinch development team, understand that change can be challenging. However, this move is a necessary step to progress our application, particularly to optimize the user experience on smaller devices, which have become drastically more common since the design of the old view. We are grateful for all the constructive feedback we've received so far and encourage its continuance. Rest assured, we read every message carefully and continually make adjustments and bug fixes to enhance the OnSinch experience.

New Features

  • Dashboard Redesign: The second phase of our dashboard redesign is now complete. We've added a variety of new widgets that provide quick overviews of most of the tables available in the menu. As the dashboard redesign is a work in progress, we would love to hear your thoughts if you feel any widgets could provide more value. In the coming weeks, we'll also be adding overview widgets and an empty positions graph.

3.1.17a

  • Worker Wallet Overview Update: The worker wallet overview no longer includes archived records by default. We've also refined the filters—there is no longer a 'Filter' button, as everything now happens instantaneously.

Bug Fixes

  • Wages Display: In the new worker react view, wages are now displayed de-composed as they were in the old view. This means the app now shows the hourly rate instead of the total sum, for example.

  • Client Data Download: We've fixed errors related to the client data download. Previously, the app crashed when clients tried to download their entire app information from a profile without an avatar. This issue has now been rectified.

We trust that these updates will further enhance your experience with our platform. As always, feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any queries or require assistance with this update.
