We are delighted to announce the deployment of software update 3.1.16, an important step in our commitment to delivering a seamless user experience. This update brings new features, enhancements, and bug fixes aimed at improving your interaction with our software. Let's dive into the specifics:

New Features

  • Dashboard Redesign: We have initiated the first phase of our new dashboard system. The dashboard widgets now have a consistent design with the job detail and order detail pages. For a customized experience, admins can disable any widget and modify the order of widgets to suit their preferences. We recommend disabling unnecessary widgets to accelerate dashboard loading time. In our next update, we'll be expanding our widget offerings, with approximately 10 more to be added.

  • Customizable Attendance Sheet: Attendance sheets can now be personalized to better suit your needs. Navigate to Settings -> Document settings to adjust text and optionally disable certain elements, such as phone numbers.

  • Enhanced Shift List Pages Export Features: Pages like 'Shift History' and 'Running Shifts' now have new export capabilities. You can use the familiar 'export history' component and select additional fields not previously available in the export, including 'shift status'.

Bug Fixes

  • Multiple File Upload Fix: We have rectified the errors that occurred while uploading multiple files in the document CMS management.

  • CSV Exports Decimal Points Separator: CSV exports now display the correct decimal point separators, adhering to the agency settings. This fix ensures accuracy and consistency in the data you export.

  • Disabled Fields in Pricelist Fix: The issue of disabled fields when adding a pricelist that contains multiple hour ranges has been resolved, enhancing your ability to work with complex pricelists.
