We are delighted to introduce you to the latest software update 3.1.11. In our commitment to continually enhance our software's performance and usability, we have introduced several new features, made significant changes and rectified existing issues. Below are the detailed updates:

Important Announcement

From this release, the default user interface (UI) for staff will be the new worker portal. By the New Year, the old portal will be completely phased out. Until then, workers still have the option to switch back to the old portal if desired. However, during December, all workers will be transitioned to the new portal.

New Features

  • Team Description Attachments: Starting with this version, you now have the ability to upload attachments to a shift. Specifically, you can upload both a public attachment visible to everyone (including workers who are not signed up for a shift yet) and a Crew Chief attachment that only Crew Chiefs (also known as Lead Workers) can download.

3.1.11

  • Detailed Salary Composition: Workers can now view the detailed composition of their salary. In the wallet transactions list, a new button displays how the shift salary was calculated, showing the baseline wage and the additions from tags or effects. This feature has been widely requested by our users and aims to provide workers with a clear understanding of their wage calculation, potentially reducing the volume of queries sent to administrators.

3.1.11a

  • New Badge Types: We've introduced two new badge types. The appointment category badge is assigned to workers based on their attendance at specific types of appointments, such as trainings. The generic Team Badge is assigned simply based on the number of attendances, regardless of the profession.

  • Accreditation Exports: Admins are now able to export worker emails through the Accreditation Exports feature.

  • Profession Settings: Professions can now be set to be non-choosable by clients. This allows for greater control over the availability of specific professions to clients.

Bug Fixes

  • Timeline History Issue: An issue causing a blank space to appear in the timeline history when the associated record had been deleted has been addressed.

  • Improved Error Handling: The error handling process when editing order items has been improved, leading to a more reliable and user-friendly experience.

  • Performance Enhancement: We have resolved the performance issues encountered when exporting a large number of workers, ensuring a smoother and quicker process.

As always, we thank you for your ongoing support and invite you to reach out to our customer service team for any queries or assistance related to this update.
