Update 3.0.163: Enhanced User Interface and Expanded Worker Export Functionality

Our development team has rolled out a series of new features, improvements, and bug fixes to further streamline the user experience and introduce new functionalities. Below are the key highlights of this release:

New Features

  • Enhanced File and Gallery Export: Files and galleries can now be downloaded using the worker export. If you choose profile attributes of the type "file" or "gallery" in the export, the ZIP archive will contain both the original CSV table and all the worker's files. This feature is available on the worker list page or within the job and shift detail.

  • Manual Attachment Management for Closed Shifts: Administrators can now manually upload and delete attachments of closed shifts from Work → Overviews → Attachment of finished shifts. This allows files to be attached to finished shifts if the lead worker couldn't do it initially.

  • Location Mapping for Appointments: The appointment detail page now includes a link to display a map of the location.

  • Improved Appointment Overview: For a more efficient organization of appointments, the admin view now splits the appointment pages into "Upcoming appointments" and "All appointments." The newly added "Upcoming appointments" page enables an improved view of near-future schedules.

  • Timeline History Sorting: You can now sort timeline history for orders, jobs, shifts, and user profiles, choosing to see either the oldest or newest events first.

  • Default Invoice Address Setting: It's now possible to set a default invoice address per company within the company profile under "Default invoice address." This will be especially useful if your agency uses multiple invoice addresses.

  • Streamlined Profile Attribute Approval: The process of approving or rejecting profile attributes has been optimized to be quicker and more efficient, as the entire page no longer reloads.

  • Enhanced Statistical Chart: The "Size of position by days" chart in statistics can now be filtered for specific professions.

  • Shift Self-Check-In Option: The ability to disable self-check-in for shifts without a valid contract has been added under Settings -> Agency -> Settings.

  • Phone Number Requirement Removal: Clients no longer need to provide a phone number; only name and email are mandatory.

Bug Fixes

  • Re-Send Activation Mail: The option to re-send activation mail to an invited user has been added.

  • CMS Menu Deletion: Deleting the CMS menu will now also delete its page, fixing the previous issue where the page remained but was invisible.

  • UI Problems Resolution: Issues with the company email verification page have been resolved.

  • Export Calendar Button Removal: The "Export calendar" button has been removed from the Synchronize calendar options to avoid confusion.

  • Weekly Repetition Improvement: The system now copies shifts into incomplete weeks during the weekly repetition of shifts.

  • Invalid Company Debt Information Fixed: The debt information for companies with partially paid invoices has been corrected.
