We are excited to announce the availability of software update 3.0.156. This update introduces new features that offer more insightful information and refined controls, along with significant bug fixes that ensure a smoother user experience. Below are the detailed changes included in this update:

New Features

  • Applicant Count on Dashboard: Users can now see the total amount of applicants directly on the dashboard, providing a quick overview of potential candidates for the tasks or positions at hand.

  • Localized Banking Information on Invoices: We have adjusted the behavior for displaying banking information on invoices. If you are issuing an invoice to a company within the same country as your agency address, the local banking information will be displayed. If the company is in a different country, the IBAN will be displayed instead. This enhancement ensures the relevant financial information is always presented.

Bug Fixes

  • Non-Zero Price Backup Visibility: A backup with a non-zero price is now correctly shown in calculations.

  • Crewboss Start Time Copying: A different start time suggested by a crewboss is no longer copied when copying a shift, preventing unintentional scheduling conflicts.

  • "Does not have a badge" Requirement Behavior: This specific requirement behavior has been fixed and now functions as intended.

  • Slot with Attendance Handling: The slot with attendance in it can no longer be turned into a concept, as it led to buggy behavior and was logically inconsistent.

  • Reimbursement Handling: Deleting a shift with an associated reimbursement now correctly un-associates the reimbursement, preventing the app from crashing.

  • SMS Message Length Issue: An issue with sending SMS messages that were too long due to special characters like accents has been fixed.

  • Client Portal Shift Editing: The problem with editing a shift from the client portal when no contact is provided has been addressed.

  • Mobile Avatar Orientation: We've resolved the problem with avatar orientation when uploading directly from a mobile phone, ensuring correct display across platforms.

We trust these enhancements and fixes will further optimize your workflow and experience with our software. Should you encounter any difficulties or have questions regarding this update, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
