We are excited to announce the latest software update, version 3.0.153, bringing new features to enhance your control and flexibility over the workforce scheduling process, as well as important bug fixes to improve the overall user experience. Here's a detailed look at what's new:

New Features

Applicants for Slots

  • Flexible Control: You can now set applicants for slots, giving you more control over who signs up for specific shifts. You can lock a slot, allowing only selected workers to sign up, and later choose those most suitable for the job.
  • Interest Expression: This feature also enables your workers to express their interest in a particular shift, even if it's already full. In case a worker drops out, you have a ready list of interested workers to replace them.
  • Broadcasting Integration: When broadcasting a shift, workers coming from the broadcast who do not have verified profiles will be listed in the applicants. This ensures a seamless connection between broadcasting and applicant tracking.

Position Grouping in Broadcasted Positions

  • Enhanced Organization: Broadcasted positions now reflect position grouping, allowing for better categorization and understanding of the broadcasted roles within your organization.

Bug Fixes

Improved Shift Management from Job Detail Page

  • No More "After Effects": We have fixed a bug that caused unusual "after effects," such as multiple collapses of a shift portlet when clicking on the shift title. Adding workers into the shift from the job detail page has been refined, ensuring a smoother user experience.

We are confident that these updates will contribute positively to your workflow and help you manage your workforce more effectively.
