We are excited to introduce the latest software update 3.0.127, featuring a major new functionality for admin users and several minor fixes. Here's a detailed overview of what's new in this release:

Worker List Timeline View

This update brings a significant enhancement to how admins can manage their crew's schedule. The new features are described below:

  • Timeline Chart: A graphical display showcasing crew utilization during specific times, making it easier to find suitable workers for any given position.

  • Magnifying Glass Workflow: By clicking the magnifying glass icon in the job detail, admins can open a worker list with pre-selected filters and requirements for that position. Clicking on "Switch to timeline view" will then present a comprehensive chart of workers, their shifts, and unavailability around the given shift time.

  • Timeline Details: The timeline includes a broad spectrum of calendar events, such as shifts, appointments, and other engagements. Hovering your mouse over any event will reveal detailed information.

  • "Availability Type" Filter: A new filtering option called "Availability type" allows you to select "Any," enabling a comprehensive view of all workers, including those with scheduled events. This flexibility supports more optimized scheduling, accommodating overlaps and other complex arrangements.

  • Worker Selection: Continuing with the familiar functionality, admins can select workers directly from the chart and either add them to a position or send them a text message.

Minor Fixes

  • Tooltip Time of Arrival Fix: We've rectified an issue with the tooltip in the job detail, where the titles displaying the time of arrival for each worker were occasionally missing.
