Update 3.0.117: Improved Order Cancellation and Enhanced Company Profile Saving

We are pleased to present the software update version 3.0.117. Understanding the needs and challenges of our clients, particularly around order cancellations, this week's release primarily focuses on bug fixes and a significant improvement in the order cancellation process.

New Features

  • Order Hiding/Cancellation Functionality: In recognizing the current demands for order cancellations, we've introduced a new feature that allows complete orders to be canceled by simply clicking on "Hide order." This action will cancel all of the positions within the order and mark the order itself as canceled. While the jobs will no longer be active, the order will remain in the client's history, preserving necessary data and improving workflow management.

Minor Fixes

  • Team Closing Action Repair: The "Copy first" action in team closing has been corrected and is now functioning properly again.

  • Deletion of Conditional Fines: Conditional fines can now be completely deleted, offering more flexibility and control in managing penalties.

  • Company Profile Saving: It's now possible to save a company profile without having to fill in all of the Yes/No custom attributes (if you have any). This streamlines the profile creation process, making it quicker and more user-friendly.

  • Notification Updates: Notifications regarding paid-out payments will no longer be sent to workers directly when an admin creates requests. Instead, notifications will be sent when the admin actually pays out all the payout requests. This ensures more timely and accurate communication with workers.

  • Invoicing without Tax Number: We've added the capability to issue an invoice to a company even if it does not have a tax number. This enhancement makes the invoicing process more adaptable to various business scenarios.
