We are excited to share the new features, improvements, and fixes included in our latest software release, version 3.0.110. With a focus on refining user experience and streamlining operations, this release introduces enhanced notification settings across the application, alongside other notable changes:

New Features

  • Refined Notification Settings: We have revamped the notification settings to bolster transparency at the agency level and simplify settings for individual admins, workers, and clients. Agencies can now dictate the default behavior for various notifications, determining if they should be always on, always off, or set as optional. Notifications marked as optional can be customized by admins, workers, and clients according to their preferences.

  • Enhanced Notes for Crew Chiefs: Crew chiefs are introduced to a new way of documenting notes tied to late arrivals and absences. There's no longer a general requirement to annotate the entire shift; instead, specific notes are necessitated for each distinct problematic attendance during shift closure. These notes can be viewed by admins individually during team closure and within the attendances list. Furthermore, admins now possess the ability to add further comments to these attendances. This added feature is designed to encapsulate a broader overview of the crew's performance during shifts.

  • Improved Sorting on Financial Documents: Items on invoices, calculations, billings, and price quotes have undergone an improved sorting system. While the primary sorting criterion remains the date, any shifts or positions starting simultaneously are now ordered by their names. This update ensures clarity and coherence in documenting financial transactions.

  • Context Menu in Attendance Builders: The right-click context menu has been expanded to be operational within attendance builders, enhancing user accessibility and efficiency.

Minor Fixes

  • Wage Visibility: Workers can now view their wages for transport in the closed shift detail, ensuring transparency in wage calculation.

  • Update in Bank Account Format: We've updated the format for Polish bank accounts, ensuring alignment with contemporary standards.

  • Mandatory Location for Transport Creation: It's now mandatory to specify a location when creating a transport. This fix ensures clarity and prevents potential scheduling conflicts.

We remain committed to enhancing your experience with our software. As always, we appreciate your feedback and encourage users to reach out with any questions or concerns. We hope these updates further facilitate your operations and lead to more streamlined workflows.
