We are excited to announce the latest software update 3.0.103. This release focuses on improving user efficiency and the overall application robustness through the introduction of new features and a set of minor fixes. Below are the detailed highlights of this update:

New Features

  • Duplicate Profile Identification: When creating a new user profile that seems to be already present in the system (matching surname and birthdate), these profiles will be marked as "duplicated." The admin is then prompted to resolve the duplication either by deleting one of the profiles or marking them as not duplicated if the similarity is coincidental.

  • Automated Company Creation Form for Polish Companies: A significant enhancement for users dealing with Polish companies is that the form for creating a new company can now autofill itself after entering the tax number. The data for this feature are sourced directly from the Główny Urząd Statystyczny (Central Statistical Office).

Minor Fixes

  • Team Size Sorting in Shift Listings: It is now possible to sort by team size in shift listings, making it easier to view and manage upcoming, running, and passed shifts.

  • Enhanced Contact Creation: When adding a new contact, the value typed before clicking the "Add new contact" button is now used as the default value in the "Add new contact" modal dialogue, saving time and reducing possible input errors.

  • Improved Worker Profile Todo Sorting: Todos in the worker profile are now sorted by their creation date, allowing for better task tracking and prioritization.

  • Deletion of Slots with Conditionally Kicked Workers: The application no longer crashes when attempting to delete a slot that has a conditionally kicked worker in it. Instead, it informs the admin of the situation, enhancing the user experience and overall system stability.

  • Prevention of Duplicated Profile and Company Attributes: This release fixes problems related to duplicated profile attributes and company attributes, ensuring data consistency and reliability.

  • Visibility of Custom Crewboss Name: The custom crewboss name is now visible in the requirement part of the job add form, providing more contextual information when creating a job.

  • Enhanced Worker Profile Overview: The amount of attendances displayed in the worker profile has been increased to 50, giving admins a more comprehensive overview of worker's attendances directly from the worker's profile.
