We're excited to announce the latest update to OnSinch, version 3.2.1, geared towards making your experience more efficient and user-friendly. Let's dive into the details of what this update offers:

New Features

  • Integrated Notification Center for Staff: In a move to streamline communication, we've combined the News list and Notification list into one comprehensive page named 'Communication'. We've also added a list of Push notifications. This unification ensures that all communication history for staff members is easily accessible in one place.


  • Enhanced Push Notifications: The Smart channel now has improved handling of undeliverable push notifications. This ensures that critical notifications reach staff members promptly and effectively.

  • Attendance Reminder via Push Notifications: In addition to SMS, attendance reminders can now be sent through push notifications, offering an alternative channel for timely updates.

  • Refined Staff Search Functionality: When using the 'magnifying glass' feature in Job details, the position ID is retained even after modifications in the filter. This enhancement allows for a smoother search experience, enabling refined filtering without the need to remember the position ID.

  • New Tracking Effects for Weekends and Nights: We've introduced multiple new effects specifically designed for tracking weekends and nighttime hours, providing more detailed and accurate time management.

Bug Fixes

  • Improved Closing Form: We've resolved issues in the new closing form, including spacing for US time formats, bonuses for lead workers, and some visual enhancements.

  • Real-Time Staff Count Update: The issue with the delayed update of the number of signed-in staff members when adding staff in the Job detail has been fixed.

  • Streamlined Account Role Transitions: Fixed issues related to redirects when signing out of the worker portal and then re-signing into an account with an admin role only.

  • Role Assignment Corrections: Issues with assigning worker roles to admin accounts have been addressed.

  • Enhanced Wage Display: Wages in the order detail pages now accurately include calculations based on effects when shifts are closed by lead workers.

  • Improved Wage Tag Visualization: The display of wages from percentage tags has been improved in both the Staff member portal and the Job detail view.

  • Visual Enhancements: We've fixed a visual issue with misaligned icons linking shifts together in the Staff member portal on some devices.
