At OnSinch, we understand that adopting new software can be daunting. That’s why our onboarding process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and supportive. Our goal is to integrate OnSinch into your operations with minimal disruption while maximizing your efficiency. Here’s what to expect when you partner with us:
Step 1: Discovery & Implementation Plan
Your onboarding journey begins with a dedicated support specialist guiding the process. We start with an in-depth consultation to understand your business needs, challenges, and goals. By involving all key stakeholders, we ensure the training is relevant and impactful. From this discovery, we develop a tailored implementation plan that outlines key milestones and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition to OnSinch.
Step 2: Kick off
Onboarding begins on a live version of your customized platform. To fully match your branding, we will require your logo and any other necessary graphics at this stage to create a completely white-labeled solution. We conduct 1 to 1.5-hour training sessions, either online or in person, to cover all aspects of the application. Ideally, these sessions should take place at least once a week, at a minimum.
Step 3: Data Migration & Integration
As training progresses, we transition from mock to real data. Our team guides you through the data handover process, requiring data to be provided in an Excel spreadsheet format. Our technical team will ensure everything is prepared for a smooth import and tailored to meet your needs.
Step 4: Hands-On Team Training
Training sessions are customized to suit your team’s specific roles. After each session, our support specialists provide a detailed summary and additional resources to reinforce the material and ensure continued progress. To maximize the effectiveness of the training, we ask that your team allocates time outside of the sessions to practice using the app and apply the concepts covered.
Step 5: Go-Live and Testing
Once your team is fully trained, it's time to go live. You can either launch OnSinch alongside your current system or switch directly to the new platform. During this phase, we conduct thorough testing and offer real-time support, making adjustments as needed based on your feedback. We also assist with team member registration and provide live support to ensure a smooth transition.

Our commitment to your success doesn’t end at launch. We provide continuous support and troubleshooting. Additionally, you’ll benefit from regular updates and new features, keeping you at the forefront of workforce management technology.
