We're thrilled to unveil the latest update, version 3.2.12, enhancing both the functionality and user experience of our platform. This release introduces key features based on user feedback and addresses important bug fixes to ensure optimal performance. Here's a rundown of what's new:

New Features

  • Advanced Agency Settings: Enhance privacy within your team with new settings that allow for the visibility of staff phone numbers to be toggled on or off. This addition gives agencies more control over communication and privacy.

  • Shift Closing Dialog: Now, with just a click in the Shift closing dialog, access detailed wage compositions. The name of the lead staff member who closed the shift is now also shown, aligning with practices from previous forms.

  • Shift Detail Improvements: The Summary widget in the Shift history of the Staff member portal has been redesigned for better usability. It now includes transport times, offering a comprehensive overview at a glance.

  • Scheduler UI Enhancements: The Scheduler interface has been improved for better usability and efficiency.


Bug Fixes

  • Multiple Push Notifications: We've resolved an issue causing push notifications to be sent out repeatedly by accident.

  • Client Portal Calculations: Fixes have been implemented for the calculation errors in the Client portal when setting up a new shift, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Attendance Date Correction: An issue with the accountable date of attendance-related items being incorrect by one day, due to timezone issues, has been fixed.

  • Staff Member Portal Performance: Performance optimizations for the Staff member portal have been made, resulting in improved speed and responsiveness.

  • Shift Duration Display: The display of shift durations longer than 24 hours in the Staff member portal has been corrected for better clarity.

  • Rounding Setup Consistency: We've addressed inconsistencies between the rounding setup on final invoices and calculations with rounding enabled in agency settings, ensuring uniformity across financial documents.
