We are pleased to announce another incremental update, version 3.1.88. As always, our goal is to simplify tasks and enhance the experience for both administrators and end-users. Below are the detailed updates included in this release:

New Features

  • Streamlined SMS Notifications: In our bid to minimize information overload, we've refined the SMS notification system. Now, when an administrator assigns a staff member to multiple shifts—whether through a single operation or several consecutive ones—the staff member will receive a single SMS notification. It will read, "Admin has added you to multiple shifts. Sign in to the application to see the details." This eliminates the clutter of multiple messages for similar actions.

Public API

  • Enhanced Validation Error Nesting: We've adjusted the nesting of validation errors returned by the API. This change ensures that the structure of validation errors aligns with the format in which data are being sent to the API.

  • Datetime Validation: We understand the importance of precise time entries to your operations. To ensure data accuracy and prevent any potential application errors, the input datetime is now subject to rigorous validation.

  • Added 'Internal Order Name' to Orders API: The Orders API endpoint response now includes the internal order name, providing a more comprehensive overview of order-related data.

  • Enhanced Notes and ID Inclusion in Orders API: In addition to the above, the Orders API endpoint responses now contain internal notes of the Job and the manager id associated with the Order. This ensures administrators have all necessary details at their fingertips when interacting with order-related operations.

With these updates, we're one step closer to ensuring optimal efficiency and user satisfaction. As always, we remain committed to delivering robust solutions and welcome feedback on this release. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please reach out to our support team.
