We're excited to unveil the latest improvements in our ongoing mission to streamline event management and staffing workflows. This release, version 3.2.5, focuses on enhancing scheduling flexibility, personalizing financial documentation, and refining user interactions. Here's what's new:

New Features

  • Advanced Scheduler: Elevate your planning efficiency with our enhanced scheduler. Now featuring shared links for saved filters, our update simplifies team coordination and access to preferred views. Drag-and-drop functionality has been enhanced by moving staff members from timeline into shift detail directly, as well as visual enhancements for a smoother user experience.

  • Customizable Invoice Logos: Tailor your financial documents to match your brand identity. Invoice logos were moved from Agency theme to Agency invoice address settings. This means that different invoice addresses can now have different logo and stamp on the invoice and other documents such as calculations. This change is backward-compatible meaning that with the release nothing changes - the original images are copied into all of the existing Invoice addresses.

  • Enhanced Feedback Dialogue: Visual enhancement in feedback dialogue in the new Shift closing form has been implemented based on user feedback.

Bug Fixes

  • Search Optimization: We've refined the search functionality to distinguish between shift numbers and text, ensuring that your search results are more accurate and relevant.

  • Form Usability Improvements: Issues with copying into descriptions in the new job form have been addressed, along with enhancements in the order entry process to improve ease of use and accuracy.

  • Attendance Statistics Accuracy: Total attendance statistics have been updated to exclude cancelled positions, providing a clearer picture of actual attendance.

  • Payment Method Limits During Shift Closing: Fixed issues in closing a shift when the switching of payment methods based on their limits is turned on.

This update is a testament to our dedication to providing a comprehensive and user-friendly event management solution. We believe these enhancements will significantly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of your operations. As always, we welcome your feedback and are here to assist with any questions or support needs.
