We are thrilled to introduce the latest update, version 3.2.6, designed to streamline your operational efficiency and provide deeper financial insights. Here's what's new in this release:

New Features

  • Enhanced Break Flexibility: it is now possible to close a shift with multiple breaks for every individual attendance. Note that planning a position with multiple breaks is not yet supported (multiple breaks planning support is planned for near future).

  • Paid Breaks: A premium feature that redefines how breaks are managed. Admins can now mark breaks as paid, ensuring staff are compensated for break times, seamlessly integrating into payroll calculations. Interested in activating this feature? Contact our support team for setup, subject to your current package.

  • Finance Widget: Wallet widget in the Staff member profile has been renamed to Finance and contains the breakdown of finances by individual payout methods (contracts) which provides better overview of the current state of the staff members payout limits. The summary that has always been there remains there unchanged (it is now depicted by the heading "Summary").

  • AWR Tracker Improvements: The AWR tracker now includes professions.

  • New SMS Provider: We've partnered with SMSbrana.cz to enhance our SMS notification capabilities, ensuring reliable and efficient communication with your staff.

Bugfixes

  • Improved the loading performance of the Builder tree, making navigation and planning faster and more responsive.
  • Resolved issues with graph rendering in the Shift closing form, ensuring accurate and clear visual data representation.
  • Addressed problems with Polish bank numbers in the Staff member form, enhancing the accuracy of financial data.
  • Fixed a bug preventing certain Staff member forms from loading, ensuring all staff data is accessible when needed.
  • Corrected issues with breaks in the New job form.
  • Fixed order of price/wage columns in the Closing form.
