Enhancements for the New Year

As we approach the New Year, we're excited to announce the transition of new forms from OPT-IN to OPT-OUT, streamlining processes as we step into 2024.

What's New in Release 3.1.107?

  • Customizable Staff Snippets: Understanding the diversity of your staff's needs, we now offer snippets that can vary based on the verification status of the staff member viewing them. This feature allows for a more tailored experience, especially beneficial in smoothing the onboarding process for new staff members.

  • Advanced Financial Balance Tracking: The "Financial balance by orders" widget in Finance statistics now includes a significant enhancement. You can choose to track all orders within a specific time range or focus solely on orders beginning within that period. The new option to only include orders with beginning in the date range helps to better track the cash flow while not including some orders in multiple ranges (e.g. months).

  • Enhanced Agency Settings Validation: To minimize errors and ensure accuracy, numeric values such as hours and tax settings in Agency settings now undergo strict validation.

Bug Fixes for a Smoother Experience

  • HTML Support in Inline Editing: Inline editing for Job and Shift notes now fully supports HTML, enhancing formatting capabilities.
  • Resolved Sorting in Attributes Settings: Issues with non-functional sorting by the "Sort number" in Attributes settings have been addressed.
  • Improved Public API Error Handling: The Public API now returns more detailed errors when an invalid WITH parameter is set.
  • Accurate Price Quote Calculations: The Price quote price in the Company detail page has been corrected to prevent miscalculations of scheduled positions.
  • Supervisor Assignment Correction: Fixed an issue causing the supervisor to be set by default in new job forms.
  • Data Loading in Edit Forms: Resolved occasional data loading issues in new edit forms for Company and Staff.
  • Closing Form Warnings: The new closing form now properly shows warnings about exceeded payout limits.
