Update 3.2.41: New Order Summaries, Wallet Improvements & Invite Tracking

New Features

  • Order Price Summaries: Users can now see the sum of order prices directly on the Opened orders, Price quotes, and Orders to be finished pages. This enhancement streamlines order management by keeping vital cost information front and center.

  • Enhanced Wallet Descriptions for Transport Items: Transport distance-related wallet entries now show the mileage and location names. Additionally, transport items are categorized under a new "Transport" type for better organization.

  • Shift Invite Tracking: Job details now offer a record of how many times shift invitations were re-sent and by whom. This information is accessible through tooltips and the History widget, offering better transparency and tracking for administrators.

  • Filter & Export Wallet Records: Wallet records can now be filtered and exported based on Order and Jobs, giving users more flexibility in managing financial data.

Bug Fixes

  • Job Rating Limits: Resolved an issue where job ratings were incorrectly added when exceeding rating limits.

  • Profession Names on Invoices: Fixed an issue where profession names were not translated into the correct invoice language. As part of this fix, the PDF settings dialog had to be moved up in the page to ensure items are properly translated.

  • Firefox on Mobile Push Notification Notice: A new notice has been added for users on Firefox for Android devices, warning about an issue where push notifications open to an empty page due to a browser bug.

  • Scheduler Staff Sorting: Fixed issues affecting the sorting of staff members within the scheduler.

  • Staff Attributes on Hovercard: Addressed a visual bug where important staff attributes overflowed the hovercard.

  • Staff Export Performance: Improved the loading speed for staff member export, fixing performance issues.

  • Unconfirmed Staff in Staff Member Portal: Unconfirmed staff members will no longer appear in the Staff member portal for Crew chiefs.

  • Crew Chief Notes: Fixed an issue where Crew chief notes weren’t properly displayed in the Closing form under specific circumstances.

  • Shift Attachment File Names: Unified the file naming convention for shift attachments, replacing problematic special characters with underscores to avoid viewing issues.

  • PDF Accreditation Document Logos: The PDF accreditation document setting example now correctly displays the agency logo.

  • Contract Type Editing: Fixed an issue where original text occasionally remained stuck when editing contract types.
