New Features

  • Advanced Email Placeholders: The old placeholder system, based on the unintuitive "%s" format, has been replaced with the new user friendly approach. This upgrade starts with the Welcome email template as a proof of concept. Users can now use an unlimited variety of placeholders in any arrangement they need. Expect this feature to roll out across all email templates soon.

3.2.40

  • Order Cancellation Dialog: The Order detail page now includes a checkbox option when canceling entire orders. You can now opt not to notify staff members, just like when using the Cancel button in the Builder.

  • Scheduler Scrollbars: The Scheduler now includes vertical scrollbars, offering a clearer overview and helping users keep track of their position within the interface.

Bug Fixes

  • Cancelled Orders Marked Clearly: Cancelled orders now display clearly as Cancelled in both the Order detail and the order list in the Client portal.

  • Accurate Revenue Statistics: The "Revenues from invoiced orders by month" section now correctly includes transport costs in its calculations.

  • Paginated Photo Approvals: The Photos to approve page is now paginated to reduce load times for users managing large numbers of photos.

  • Decimal Input Fix: Issues with inputting decimal values in the wage columns of the closing form have been resolved.

  • Job Grouping Stability: Fixed issues with job grouping and items disappearing after dragging and dropping staff members in the Scheduler.

  • Location Naming Bug: The issue where a city's shortcut was added to location names in certain regions has been fixed.

  • Wage Calculation for Australia: Wage effects in the Australian region now calculate correctly with fixed wages.

  • Mobile Editing of Order Items: Resolved problems with editing order items on mobile devices, improving usability on smaller screens.

  • Sorting by Surname: In the Payment section, staff members can now be sorted by surname, providing a more intuitive organization.
