New Features

  • Uber Search Expansion:
    The Uber search function in the top header now recognizes phone numbers, even when entered with spaces. This makes it easier to find contacts, ensuring a faster and more intuitive search process.

  • File Name Length for Attachments:
    To prevent errors when downloading and unpacking attachment files, we’ve now limited the length of file names. Furhtermore the file names are extended by shift dates.

  • Improved Shift Confirmation Emails:
    We’ve revamped the subject lines for emails informing staff they have been selected & confirmed from applicants. The subject now provides clearer, more distinct information, helping staff easily understand their shift statuses at a glance.

Bug Fixes

  • Advance Payment Language issue in Invoices:
    The advanced payment item on the final invoice now consistently respects the language of the pro forma invoice and receipt. This ensures smoother international invoicing and reduces potential confusion.

  • Re-Adding Staff to Scheduler:
    Improved wording when re-adding a previously invited person to a position in the Scheduler, offering clearer instructions for smoother scheduling management.

  • Australian Break Penalty Calculation Fixed:
    Issues related to break penalties in Australian payroll calculations have been resolved, ensuring correct pricing and compliance with local labor laws.

  • Expiring Attributes Widget Issue Fixed:
    Resolved issues where the dashboard widget for expiring attributes wasn’t showing, ensuring all critical data is visible for administrators.

  • Czech DPC Payment Method Updated:
    The Czech DPC payment method has been updated to comply with current legal limits, ensuring that payments remain fully compliant with regional regulations.

  • Shift Graph Update Issue Fixed:
    Fixed the issue where the graph in the Closing form wasn’t updating when the shift start time was changed by the Crew Chief to be earlier than the planned end.

  • Pro Forma Receipt Currency Fixes:
    Resolved issues with pro forma receipt currencies not being recalculated as expected when processing payments from the Company detail page.

  • Applicant Filter Issue Resolved:
    The counter-intuitive status filter on the Applicants page has been corrected, ensuring that all relevant applicants now appear as expected when filtering.

  • Invoice Email Confirmation Visual Bug:
    Addressed a visual issue on the page where company invoice confirmation emails are reviewed, providing a cleaner and more professional interface.
