Update 3.2.37: Expanded Staff Statistics & Streamlined Payouts Added

Release 3.2.37 introduces new features for enhanced staffing management and flexibility in payouts. It includes improved data visibility, batch payout options, and refined staff communications.

We are excited to introduce Release 3.2.37, packed with new capabilities to further simplify your workflow. From advanced staff statistics to enhanced payout processes, this update brings features that improve both administrator and staff experiences.

New Features

  • Enhanced Positions Widget on Dashboard: Size of positions widget with graph on the dashboard can now contain number of individual staff members within given day (note that this number may differ from position size because one person can attend multiple positions within a single day). Along with this new information, the widget settings has been extended by "Preset columns", allowing admins to choose which values will be shown in the graph by default.

 

  • Batch Payout Requests Beyond Bank Transfers: Admins can now pay multiple staff payouts simultaneously using methods other than bank transfers. Even if payouts are processed outside OnSinch, the system allows for seamless use of Payout batch requests to settle wallets at the end of the month.

  • User Rating on Staff Statistics Page: Staff statistics now include a rating information.

  • Badge Points Export Option: In addition to badge ranks, admins can now export badge points (for badges with ranks) from the Staff Member list.

  • More Descriptive Transport Wallet Items: Wallet items for travel time and mileage have updated descriptions, distinguishing between these items.

  • Exportable Staff Statistics Page: You can now export the entire Staff Statistics page as a CSV file, providing more flexibility in how you analyze staff data.

  • Email Notifications with Profession and Position Titles: Shift confirmation emails sent to staff members now always include their profession and position title, enhancing clarity and communication for shift assignments.

Bug Fixes

  • The Order Revenue Statistics page now correctly includes transport prices.
  • Personal attributes of types "Choice" or "Multiple Choice" now display correctly in the Accreditation PDF.
  • Fixed the issue in Crewboss closing forms when handling multiple shifts that cross over midnight.
  • Latest order date for a company now excludes canceled orders.
  • Resolved issues with the Transport section missing in automatically generated invoices.
  • Fixed mobile display issue with long links in CMS snippets that were overflowing off the screen.
  • Improved how the system displays short attendance (ie. 15 minutes) in the closing graph.
  • Submitting a job form without shifts now provides a clear validation error message.
  • Fixed issue where duplicate phone numbers failed to show a proper error message in the staff portal.
  • Minor improvements to the Scheduler.
  • Corrected date errors in the header of the Available Shifts list, where dates were previously off by one day.
  • Push notification settings for optional notifications now save correctly in the staff portal.
  • Resolved issue preventing the input of decimal points for Wages and Bonuses in the Closing form.
