Update 3.2.31: Invite Confirmation for Applicants

New Features

  • Invite Confirmations for Applicants: Admins can now require confirmation before adding staff to the Applicants list. Similar to existing position invites, this feature sends an email or push notification to candidates, asking them to confirm or reject the invite. This helps admins easily identify interested candidates by selecting only those who confirm their interest.

  • Automated Transport Time Adjustment: We have added an automatic change of transport back start time in the situation when all of the staff members went back earlier and the transport directly followed end of the shift. Prior to this change the transport had to be moved manually or otherwise the prices and wages would be calculated incorrectly because the early time would be considered early arrival for the meeting which is always unpaid. This change aims to minimize such cases and minimize work required by the admins in this often happening case. Message informing admin about this automatic change is always displayed.

  • Agency Settings for Calculation Location View: The calculation location view setting, introduced in version 3.2.27 for manually generated calculations, is now available in Agency settings. This affects automatically generated billings and ensures accurate client invoicing.

Bug Fixes

  • Profession Name Sorting: Resolved sorting issues for translated profession names in the New Job form.
  • Pricelist Selection: Fixed issues when saving pricelists with "Use the same price as in Basic pricelist."
  • PDF Contract Types Uploader on Safari: Addressed compatibility issues with the PDF uploader on Safari 17.3 and older.
  • Default Company Requirements: Ensured automatic addition of default requirements when jobs are added via the Client portal.
  • Staff Portal Visual Bug: Fixed widget overflow in the "Shifts to confirm" section.
  • Depiction of Deleted Workers: Corrected "Null Null" depiction of deleted workers in the Closing form.
  • Redirect to Invisible Position: Better wording of the message that Staff sees when clicking an email link pointing to a shift they no longer have access to (for example, when Staff was invited into a locked and hidden shift, but the shift is already full).
  • Company Deletion: Resolved app crashes when deleting companies with attached wagelists.
  • Concept Positions Visibility: Fixed visibility issues with Concept positions on the Running shifts page.
  • Duplicate Notification Emails: Addressed issues with certain emails being sent multiple times.
