Update 3.2.30: Scheduler Enhancements and Critical Bug Fixes

New Features

  • Advanced Shift Options In New Job Form: Advanced options for new or copied shifts now appear in the New Job form if previously set for earlier shifts.
  • Date and Time Inputs: Inputs for date and time in the Closing form are visually separated and the timepicker supports infinite time options - however the options that are distant are highlighted with orange color to make sure the different option will not get selected by accident. For example, in the closing form, the orange is used whenever the time is off by more than 12 hours compared to the Position setting to make sure the hour in a different day will not get selected by accident. Also the full date is included on the line to prevent such accidents. It is still possible to select a date by clicking on the date directly.
  • Improved Scheduler Speed: Significant enhancements have been made to the scheduler, ensuring a smoother and faster scheduling experience.
  • Visual Updates for Cancelled Positions In Builder: Cancelled positions now have a strikethrough in builder in the Tags and Requirements tabs.
  • Job and Attendance Builder Optimizations: Performance improvements have been implemented in the job and attendance builder.
  • Date Inclusion in PDF Names: The date of the order is now included in the name of all generated PDF documents.
  • Enhanced Staff Portal Texts: Texts in the staff portal regarding maxed-out payouts have been refined for greater clarity and understanding.
  • Bulk Applicant Addition: A new option allows adding multiple applicants simultaneously from the Staff list page, streamlining the recruitment process.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Contract Template Upload: Resolved issues with uploading images in WEBP format when uploading new contract templates from PDF.
  • Un-Cancelling Positions in Finished Orders: Disabled the ability to un-cancel positions in finished orders.
  • Daylight Saving Time Issues: Fixed an issue where copying an entire order to a different daylight saving time zone resulted in a one-hour discrepancy.
  • Attendance Builder Display: Corrected the visual issue where the attendance list for an individual staff member was not fully shown.
  • Staff Clock-In Icon Accuracy: Addressed the problem of incorrect icons depicting staff clock-in status in the Closing form under specific conditions.
  • Page Scrolling in Chrome: Fixed the issue of unintended page scrolling when viewing quick hovercard info on the Staff list page in Chrome.
  • Shift List Export Improvements: Resolved pagination and filtering issues in the Shift lists for CSV exports.
  • Translation Consistency: Fixed translation issues for the words "from" and "to" across different contexts.
  • Language Fallback in Volunteering Version: Ensured the volunteering version of the language correctly fallbacks to the default language when necessary.
  • Rating Duplication Fix: Addressed the issue of multiple ratings being added when using Onsite presence and switching standby staff to regular positions while setting arrival times incorrectly.
  • Error Messages in Staff Portal: Certain error messages were not displayed in the Staff portal when signing-in for a shift.
