New Features

Public Attachments for Orders and Jobs: Now, orders and jobs can include public attachments accessible to staff members. In the Shift detail view, attachments from the Shift, Job, and Order will be combined and displayed. Additionally, these files can be managed through the public API, providing greater flexibility and transparency.

Batch Payout Request Enhancements: When generating batch payout requests, all errors will now be displayed simultaneously. This comprehensive error reporting helps streamline the process, allowing you to address issues more efficiently.

"All Day" Option for Weekly Schedule: The weekly schedule effect now includes an "All day" option.

Bug Fixes

  • Permanent Residency Attribute: Resolved an issue where the mandatory permanent residency attribute prevented staff members from saving their profiles when unfilled, despite some attributes being hidden.
  • Attendance Overlaps: Fixed a bug where attendance overlaps were not displayed when overlapping a cancelled position.
  • Reimbursement Transfers: FIxed handling of reimbursements related to a position when a job is moved to a different order.
  • Signature Placeholder in PDF Contracts: Prevented the saving of signature placeholders when using new PDF contracts with Signotec.
  • Context Menu Warnings: Corrected the issue with switched Hide/Show warnings in the builder when using the context menu.
  • Attribute Form Translations: Addressed translation issues with certain words in the Attribute form.
  • Default Invoice Address: Ensured the company default invoice address is used in the New Job form in all cases.

With these enhancements, we continue our commitment to delivering robust and user-friendly solutions. We value your feedback and are here to assist with any questions or concerns about this release.
