Update 3.2.26: Enhanced Email Views & Scheduler Improvements

Release 3.2.26 integrates a new detailed email view, several scheduler enhancements and brings further performance improvements.

New Features

  • Detailed Sent Email Views: Sent emails now include a comprehensive view with complete information, ensuring better tracking and management.

  • Editable Email Subjects: Admins can now edit email subjects when sending calculations or other PDF documents from the Order detail page.

  • Advanced Scheduler Filtering: The Scheduler Staff list now supports filtering out cancelled shifts by default, with an option to include them if needed. Additionally, the scheduler features:

    • Better depiction of cancelled positions.
    • Improved transport details in the timeline view.
    • Improved sorting of dropdown filters.
  • Old Job Form Removal: The outdated job form has been removed.

  • Performance Enhancements: Significant reductions in loading times for the Job detail page, contributing to a smoother user experience.

  • Pricing in Calculations: The priority of Hour and Fixed prices in calculations is now determined by the Pricelist category settings. If the category defines an hourly price, it will be displayed first, and vice versa.


  • Cleaned Agency Settings: Removed unused settings from the agency settings for a cleaner interface.

  • Attendance CSV Export Fix: Resolved issues where Attendance CSV exports were empty.

  • Shift Visibility Fix: Addressed the problem with shifts not being visible when using the "Only free" filter in Available shifts, especially with multiple invited staff members awaiting confirmation.

  • Order Items Calculation Fix: Corrected the issue where manually added Order items were being included in every individual Job calculation.

  • Clock-in Status Reporting Fix: Fixed incorrect status reporting for staff clock-ins during events, ensuring accurate tracking between clock-in and clock-out.
