New Features

  • Direct PDF Sharing for Timesheets & Attendance Overview: You can now directly send timesheets and attendance overviews as PDF files from OnSinch. This marks a step closer to building comprehensive order communication within the platform, with further enhancements to come.
  • Redesigned Icons in New Job Form: Hidden, locked, and customized icons in the new job form have been refined. Now, they only appear when active, creating a cleaner design that aligns with other parts of the application.
  • Default Transport Meeting times: Transport there and back can now have separate default value in the Agency settings.
  • Removal of the Old Appointment Form: The old appointment form has been removed. Other older forms—company, staff, job, and the old closing form—will soon follow.

Bug Fixes

  • Enhanced Scheduler Performance: The scheduler now handles large volumes of shifts more smoothly, providing a better user experience.
  • Resolved Percentage Requirements Issue: An issue preventing percentage requirements from being applied has been corrected.
  • Invoiced Orders Fix: A bug allowing new shifts to be added to an invoiced order has been addressed.
  • Payment Batch Requests Resolved: Problems with generating payment batch requests have been fixed.
  • Manually Overriden Presence Status: The new closing form now consistently respects manually overridden presence statuses, preventing late users switched to "present" from showing as late in the Attendance review page.
  • Transport Role Sorting Standardization: Transport roles are now always sorted consistently in Calculations and Billings, ensuring clarity with a logical sequence: driver there, passengers there, driver back, passengers back.
With these enhancements, we aim to streamline your workflows and improve operational clarity. For questions or assistance, feel free to contact our support team. As always, your feedback is valuable and helps us continually improve OnSinch!
