We're excited to introduce version 3.2.16, packed with scheduler optimizations that will further improve your experience when planning. Below are the key updates in this release:

New Features

Lead Staff Attachments

Now, in the closing form, lead staff members can view a list of attachments, ensuring all necessary documents are accessible at the end of a job.

Default Transport Departure / Arrival locations

When creating new job with transportation, location of departure and arrival can be set by default.

Email Debugging Tools

We have enhanced the Email communication logs to include logging of email attachments and Cc.

 

Improvements

Scheduler Performance Enhancements

We've made significant performance boost to Scheduler. Now capable of handling more shifts and also making shifts more readable when being zoomed out.

Unified Orders, Jobs, Shifts, and Positions number(ID) badges which now match the visuals used in other parts of the application.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue with wrapping long attendance notes in the closing form.
  • Correct file names when downloading calculations.
  • Contracts sent for signature do not behave as active anymore.
  • Price and Wage breakdown in shift closing form is now recalculated every time when going back and forth in closing form.
  • Fixed rating not being zeroed when manually updated in shift closing form.
  • Fixed wrapping of long attendance notes in shift closing form.
