OnSinch was born out of real-life crew management experience. Over 15 years ago, while running Shameless, a crewing company based in Prague, we faced it all—messy shifts, no-shows, last-minute changes, and way too many spreadsheets.

So we built a tool to make managing it all easier. What started as an internal fix quickly evolved into a powerful platform now used by companies in 15+ countries, with 120,000+ staff onboard and over 9 million hours of scheduled work.
